Gittiom Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using any Gittiom product.

By accessing or using any Gittiom product — including Gliblio, Glibify, Gittiom Pay, SmartCalc, Gittiom Market, Proptyfi, Gittiom Wallet, or the Gittiom Store — on web, iOS, or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

Gittiom is the parent company ("we," "our," "us") governing all products in the Gittiom Ecosystem. Each product may have additional product-specific terms where applicable.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Gittiom product, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. The Gittiom Ecosystem

Gittiom operates the following products, each available on web, iOS, and Android:

  • Gliblio — Creative social platform for sharing photos, art, and graphics.
  • Glibify — Content and creator tools platform.
  • Gittiom Pay — Payment processing and money transfer service.
  • SmartCalc — Smart financial and utility calculator tools.
  • Gittiom Market — Marketplace for buying and selling products.
  • Proptyfi — Property listing and real estate discovery platform.
  • Gittiom Wallet — Digital wallet for managing funds across the Gittiom Ecosystem.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Policy

Acceptable Use

  • Post content you own or have the right to share.
  • Engage respectfully with other users across all Gittiom products.
  • Use each product for its intended purpose.

Prohibited Content

  • NSFW, sexual, or explicit content of any kind.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
  • Spam, misleading information, or impersonation of others.
  • Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Malware, phishing, or any attempt to compromise platform security.

AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is permitted on applicable Gittiom products.
  • You must accurately label content that is fully or partially AI-generated.
  • AI content that violates other content policies is still prohibited.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

  • You retain full ownership of content you create and post on Gittiom products.
  • By posting, you grant Gittiom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within our platforms and for related promotional purposes.
  • You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Gittiom trademarks, logos, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of Gittiom.

6. Financial Services (Gittiom Pay & Gittiom Wallet)

  • Gittiom Pay and Gittiom Wallet facilitate payments and fund management within the Gittiom Ecosystem.
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for transactions.
  • Gittiom is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
  • All transactions are subject to applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Gittiom reserves the right to suspend financial services accounts suspected of fraud or illegal activity.

7. Marketplace & Listings (Gittiom Market & Proptyfi)

  • Sellers and listers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
  • Gittiom does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
  • Transactions between buyers and sellers are the responsibility of the parties involved.
  • Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.

8. iOS & Android App Store Terms

Gittiom products are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of our apps is also subject to:

  • Apple's App Store Terms of Service (for iOS apps).
  • Google Play's Terms of Service (for Android apps).
  • In-app purchases, where available, are processed through Apple or Google and subject to their respective refund policies.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Gittiom platform code, design, branding, and assets are owned by Gittiom.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Gittiom platform assets without written permission.
  • Unauthorized scraping or automated data collection from any Gittiom product is prohibited.

10. Account Termination

Gittiom may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or any product-specific policies.
  • Repeatedly post prohibited content.
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to compromise platform security.

Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

11. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on any Gittiom product, submit a DMCA notice including:

  • Your signature and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing content.
  • A good-faith statement and declaration under penalty of perjury.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Gittiom products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our products will meet your specific requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gittiom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Gittiom product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of any Gittiom product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
