Gittiom ("we," "our," or "us") is the parent company governing a suite of products and platforms including Gliblio, Glibify, Gittiom Pay, SmartCalc, Gittiom Market, Proptyfi, and Gittiom Wallet (collectively, the "Gittiom Ecosystem"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all Gittiom products — on web, iOS, and Android.

By using any Gittiom product, you agree to the practices described here.

c) Financial & Transaction Data (Gittiom Pay / Gittiom Wallet)

  • Payment method details processed securely through our payment partners.
  • Transaction history, amounts, and timestamps.
  • We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

d) Property & Listing Data (Proptyfi / Gittiom Market)

  • Property details, images, pricing, and location data you submit.
  • Marketplace listings, product descriptions, and seller information.

e) Device & Usage Data

  • Device type, operating system, and app version.
  • Usage patterns, feature interactions, and crash reports to improve our products.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve all Gittiom products and services.
  • Personalize your experience across the Gittiom Ecosystem.

  • Within the Gittiom Ecosystem: Shared profile data (e.g., display name) may be visible across Gittiom products you use.

4. iOS & Android Apps

All Gittiom products are available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). When using our mobile apps:

  • We follow Apple App Store and Google Play privacy guidelines.
  • Push notification permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
  • Camera and photo library access is only requested when you choose to upload content.
  • Location data is only collected if you explicitly grant permission (e.g., for Proptyfi property listings).

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of content you create and post on any Gittiom product.
  • By posting, you grant Gittiom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your content within our platforms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

6. Your Choices & Rights

  • Update or delete your profile information at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Control notification preferences in app settings.
  • Report content that violates community guidelines.

7. Data Security

Gittiom uses industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest to protect your data. While we take all reasonable steps, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. Third-Party Links

Gittiom products may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., the Gittiom Store links to external web apps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external platforms. We encourage you to review their policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Gittiom products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of any Gittiom product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
